A little confused!

Today I had an appointment for my first visit to the gynecology here in Tampa at 8:45 am. It wasn't too bad getting up since my sleep time had changed dramatically. I used to sleep late and wake up late, now it's a little different. I still can't sleep early yet I am awake around 6 to 7 am every morning which is really surprising. I never been an early bird even though I don't get up that early I just watch TV. Anyway, we went to my gynecologist appointment and waited for almost an hour to find out that they have different rules and fees which they told me a complete different version of it over the phone. So my appointment this morning was a bummer and I don't want to go through it with them when they can't have any consistency in communications by relaying messages to their patients . So we decided to find another gynecology and I have to look for another one again.
